When are you available for walks/visits? Hours of operation: 7 days a week; 8am - 9pm
Do you walk in my area? Servicing communities within Frederick City/County, MD. (Subject to availability)
How many people are employed within your business? 1! It's just me, You get me 100% of the time visiting and spoiling your pet. This can be good and bad. However, it's the nature of a small business owner.
Do you walk/visit puppies and seniors? Yes. They are my favorite! Really all dogs are my favorite! I offer an initial meet & greet meeting for every pet. This allows us both to set clear expectations, go over routines, answer any questions/concerns, and to have some fun play time.
Do you offer same day walks/visits? No. Each Sunday, I lock in my schedule for the week. There may be some last minute adjustments and/or cancellations but I usually don't have room in my daily schedule to add a last minute walk.
How do you gain access to my residence? Depending on your preference, you can provide a front door key or code, garage code, and/or let me inside if you're home.
Is your pricing per pet? Pricing is based on the walk/visit requested. (ie: 20, 30, and 60 minutes) Not the number of pets. Maximum of 3 small dogs or 2 medium/large dogs allowed on walk.
Do you charge extra for feeding, giving medications, cleaning up accidents, handling additional pets? Pricing includes these services free of charge.
What is your inclement weather policy? I make every effort to walk in all weather conditions. However, if school is cancelled and/or there's a serious weather condition that prevents me from walking your dog, I will reach out to you as early as possible to address it; usually via text. May have to outright cancel your walk or move it to another day; schedule permitting. (This is free of charge)
What is your cancellation policy? I'm aware that emergencies can and do pop up in life. Please let me know as soon as possible if you need to cancel or re-schedule a walk if/when one pops up. I'm very understanding and flexible with my schedule. (There is no cancellation fee)
Are you available to walk/visit on holidays? An additional fee of $15 is assessed per walk on the following holidays: New Years Eve, New Years Day, Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day.
How do I pay? Accept Visa, Mastercard, Zelle, and cash payments.
How can I tip you? Tips are greatly appreciated! Depending on your payment option, you can pay via my app and/or with cash.
